Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates to improve store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a belonging mindset.
• Coordinates activities by building relationships with stakeholders and measuring progress toward goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity standards in executing business processes.
