Job summary

The position oversees Receiver duties, inventory integrity, and security while aligning with store leadership to optimize financial results. Strong supervisory experience and knowledge of store operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead F2F process execution and ensure follow-up on routines and process expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and maintain recovery standards.
• Oversee inventory control and receiving standards, including adjustments and reconciliations.
• Oversee store security processes and standards, including high-dollar controls.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support the Store Manager.
