Job summary

Maverik seeks an Assistant Store Director to partner with the Store Director in Wyoming to lead daily operations, develop Team Members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team, drive results, and step in to lead during the Store Director's absence.

This full-time role requires 21+ and flexibility for a 24/7 operation, with opportunities for growth, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule: 24/7 stores may require nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: engage effectively with Team Members and customers.
• Collected & Composed: stay calm under pressure while delivering service.
• Effective Problem Solving: recognize issues and create solutions.
• Experience: 2+ years of retail leadership; 1+ year of food service leadership preferred.
• Food Safety Certification: must obtain and maintain per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store and food service operations, and step in during the Store Director's absence.
• Champions Maverik's GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Team Members and store leaders with ongoing feedback.
• Support achievement of sales, profitability, labor, inventory, and merchandising goals.
