Maverik seeks an Assistant Store Director to partner with the Store Director in Wyoming to lead daily operations, develop Team Members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team, drive results, and step in to lead during the Store Director's absence.

This full-time role requires 21+ and flexibility for a 24/7 operation, with opportunities for growth, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Assistant Store Director

Starting pay: $27.50 - $33.00/hr. with both career and growth opportunities, plus eligibility for a bonus program!

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
