Job summary

Maverik is hiring a Store Director in Utah. You will lead the store team, drive performance, and maintain expert knowledge of food service. You will oversee operations, coach Team Members, and promote service excellence to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Upon successful training, you transition to a salaried Store Director role with bonus eligibility as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with financial management, budgets and business plans.
• Willingness to recruit, train and manage performance.
• Ability to perform under pressure and stay safety-focused.
• ServeSafe Certification: current or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage succession and workforce planning within the store.
• Facilitate training and development of leaders and staff.
• Ensure safety and security of team and customers.
• Collaborate on P&L and budgets with district leadership.
• Implement company initiatives and drive customer experience.
• Lead operational excellence and food service programs.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and coach teams.
• Own kitchen processes and open/close workflows.
• Serve as backup across store departments during peak times.
