Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Store Director Trainee to join our Utah operations. You’ll undergo a structured 6-week training program, start with hourly pay, and transition to a salaried Store Director role upon successful completion.

In this leadership track you’ll drive store performance, lead a team, manage succession and development, oversee P&L with support from district leadership, and embody our customer-centric, safety-first culture while pursuing company initiatives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Willingness to recruit, train, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Succession and workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, training, and setting performance expectations.
• Training and developing store leaders and team members.
• Ensure safety and security of staff, customers, and vendors.
• Collaborate on P&L management, business plans and budgets.
• Implement company initiatives and enhance customer experience.
• Lead operational excellence and improve productivity and standards.
• Engage in Food Service initiatives to maximize sales and control waste.
• Foster a customer-centric culture with incentives for premium service.
