This full-time role offers average hours around 38 per week with starting wages at $25 per hour and a planned increase to $26 in Year 2. You’ll also participate in hiring, inventory control, and training initiatives to grow the team and improve

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and scheduling.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Communicate store goals and performance expectations to staff.
• Conduct interviews for store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Manage payroll and loss prevention within budget.
