Job summary

Qualifications

• Capable of opening/closing operations and ensuring timely readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure accurate, fast orders.
• Oversee store operations and communicate across management.
• Maintain staffing and create employee schedules based on needs.
• Handle deposits, receipts, and nightly reconciliation.
• Manage inventory and product/ingredient planning for commissary deliveries.
• Train GMIT and other staff on procedures and standards.
• Promote products and promos and uphold grooming and appearance standards.
• Resolve customer issues to turn unhappy customers into repeat patrons.
