Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly
• End of night banking including deposits and nightly inventory counts
• Open and set up store; ensure orders come in on time with a sense of urgency
• Maintain store operations per Domino's standards; oversee operations and staffing
• Communicate with managers to address business operations impacts
• Manage scheduling to match labor needs; monitor payroll-related tasks
• Collect payments and receipts from drivers; handle customer disputes to drive satisfaction
• Ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection; optimize routing to maximize on-time deliveries
• Read and understand P&L ledger; uphold grooming and appearance standards
• Promote pizza products and promotions; cross-train for prep and opening/closing procedures
• Provide quality customer service over phone and in person; operate order entry systems
• Foster teamwork, energy, and a fun store environment
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of efficiency and urgency
