Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and coordinating multiple roles.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills required.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day procedures.
• Ability to read and understand P&L ledger.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
• Open/close responsibilities including deposits and nightly inventory.
• Create and maintain staff schedules based on labor needs.
• Promote pizzas, specials, and promotions.
• Ensure store runs according to Domino's SOPs and grooming standards.
• Communicate with managers and staff regarding operational issues.
• Assist with routing and delivery efficiency while maintaining on-time delivery.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
