CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy store leadership team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will drive store execution, monitor performance, and build customer loyalty through excellent service.

You’ll lead a busy, frontline team, manage staffing, training, and everyday operations to deliver the trusted CVS experience. Successful candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with flexibility for a full-time schedule including early

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

Lead others and work effectively with store crews
Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
