Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Westminster, CA CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will drive store execution, inventory control, financials and customer service excellence while building a motivated, engaged team dedicated to helping people on their path to better health.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will lead daily operations, train staff, supervise the crew, adjust staffing, handle urgent issues, and partner with leadership to develop action

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and supervision abilities.
• Full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.
