Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through outstanding service in our CVS/pharmacy locations.

You will support the Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation, oversee supervision of the crew, manage staffing, training, and financials, and lead customer service initiatives while maintaining a productive, engaged team.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crew and work effectively with store teams.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
