Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service while leading a productive team under the Store Manager's supervision.

The role covers management, sales and inventory, staffing and training, and financial oversight. A full-time, flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required; pay ranges from $19 to $29 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
