Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent movement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, approachable mindset.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store standards and compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates in a positive environment.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked, and presentable store with secure assets.
