CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy store leadership team in Brookfield, IL. You will help drive store execution, sales, inventory, and customer service while supervising the store crew and reporting to the Store Manager.

The role requires full-time availability, a high school diploma (preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You will champion service excellence and operational efficiency across daily activities and programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed
