Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store management team. This role focuses on driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through excellent service, under the Store Manager’s supervision.

You will lead a productive store team, implement policies, manage staffing and development, and ensure strong financial and customer-service outcomes across shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills, plus computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred.
