Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and stock merchandise, manage seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist with ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect company assets, including store cash, and ensure policies are followed.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
