Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate POS to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Schedule employees, train staff, conduct safety meetings, and enforce policies.
• Manage stocking, restocking and displays per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure planograms and product presentation as directed.
• Maintain cashier accountability and cash controls; handle refunds/deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
