Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and bookkeeping.
• Support merchandising, promotions, pricing, and restocking merchandise.
• Supervise shifts in the manager’s absence and train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and other store technology for transactions.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and management.
