Job summary

CVS Health in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and emphasize exceptional customer service. When a manager is absent, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold store standards.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, manage merchandise, and coordinate displays while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew through directing and follow-up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly, promotional needs.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
