Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all store employees and daily operations.
• Oversee staffing to ensure proper coverage and staffing levels.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps and counseling as needed.
• Monitor cashier accountability, cash control, and security practices.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory, pricing, and merchandising according to policy.
