Job summary

Sephora at Disney Springs seeks an Operations Leader to drive store operations, lead the team, oversee inventory, and coach others to excel. You’ll support an exceptional client experience and help ensure the store runs efficiently, supporting the brand’s vision and customer service standards.

You’ll play a pivotal role in merchandising, promotions, and maintaining a high level of store presentation while promoting inclusivity and teamwork among staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and ensuring operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes and selling behaviors.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and accountability.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
