Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support daily store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, stocking, and cash controls. This role is designed to develop external candidates for the Store Manager position and is limited in duration.

You will assist in recruiting, merchandising, inventory accuracy, opening/closing, and ensuring safe, well-stocked stores. Occasional travel is required to Dollar General locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Ability to supervise staff and follow cash control procedures.

Responsibilities
