Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is currently seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals for the assistant manager position at BeachWalk store. The job location is St. Johns, FL 32259 and reports to Store Manager with district oversight.

The Assistant Manager will act as surrogate for the Store Manager, ensuring cash, inventory and expenses are controlled, while coordinating staff schedules and daily operations to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Willing to work long and sometimes unusual hours, standing for extended periods.
• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative work style to drive site performance.
• Insurable by company's auto liability insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight all other days of the week.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Call in fuel report by 8:00 a.m. each day.
• Analyze sales trends by shift and by day; request assistance from the Store Manager and District Manager when needed.
• In the absence of the Manager, hire or dismiss any other employee only with approval of the District Manager; cover open shifts.
