Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a Wesley Chapel, FL location. You will act as the Store Manager’s surrogate on days off, manage daily operations and staff while protecting assets and driving sales.

Responsibilities include cash and inventory controls, staffing, scheduling, merchandising, vendor checks and ensuring safety standards. The role requires strong leadership and reliability to maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; ability to read and write.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Able to coach and train staff.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash, inventory and expense controls.
• Prepare and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Mondays and by midnight other days.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training and scheduling.
• Ensure merchandising accuracy, pricing updates and signage.
• Cover open shifts and enforce company policies.
