Job summary

LPT RETAIL MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC is seeking an entry-level team member for our Beachwalk location in St. Johns, FL. This role emphasizes friendly customer service, cash register transactions, stocking and cleaning tasks as needed.

You will work with a small team, follow cash-control procedures and vendor check-in protocols, and maintain safety by addressing spills and hazards. Must have basic English literacy and math skills, and be able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and write English at the eighth-grade level.
• Basic math skills to make change and complete shift reports.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure fast, friendly service when registers are in operation.
• Complete all shift duties as assigned.
• Safeguard company assets by following cash control and store policies.
• Pay attention to any spills or hazardous conditions and address promptly.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Store Manager.
