LPT Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our BEACHWALK location in St. Johns, FL.

The role focuses on leading store operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining cash and inventory controls in a fast-paced c-store environment. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, train employees, perform performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies on safety and security.

Competenze

• Essential requirements include reading/writing in English and willingness to work long hours.
• High school math competency is required.
• Collaborative work style to drive site performance with team.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Must be insurable by the company auto liability carrier.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Maintain controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight on other days.
• Make daily bank deposits by the established deadline.
• Call in fuel report by 8:00 a.m. each day.
• Select authorized person to make deposits with District Manager approval.
• Analyze sales trends by shift and by day; request help when needed.
• Maintain staffing; train and schedule employees to meet customer needs.
• Recruit, screen and hire new employees.
• Coach, counsel and direct store activities; train the assistant manager.
• Develop and post work schedules within labor guidelines.
• Delegate duties; conduct timely performance reviews.
• Ensure store meets safety, appearance, security standards and policies.
• Order groceries to prevent overstock/stockouts; proper beer/soft drink ordering.
• Ensure merchandising procedures and pricing signage are timely.
• Attend meetings designed to instruct or impart information.
