Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open/close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow including receiving, stocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages/markdowns.
• Ensure planograms and product presentation per standards.
• Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
