Qualifications

• Experience working in retail, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Is a self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks without being asked
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain inventory movement and customer trends to support profitability.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and protection of assets.
