Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cameron, NC, to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with opening/closing, merchandise organization, and daily tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping including payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure all assets.
