Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment and enforces safety procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and supervises Associates.
• Represents the company brand and maintains professional appearance and store standards.
• Oversees general merchandising, receives shipments, and maintains stockrooms.
• Manages loss prevention initiatives and ensures compliance with policies.
• Supervises Front End operations, trains cashiers, and manages break schedules.
• Maintains fitting rooms and audits garment tags.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
