Job summary

The Team Leader will oversee store activities in the absence of salaried management and must exemplify CNRG's Mission and Values. Responsibilities include supervising associates, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring aggressive customer service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills, manage inventory, train new team members, and be flexible with their schedule, including weekends and holidays. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour and benefits include a 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage with limited supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle odd-shaped items.
