Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. in Peachtree City, GA seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead all store operations and deliver sales and profit results. You will recruit, train, and develop leadership, Managers, and Associates while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will drive payroll, scheduling, customer service, and store presentation in alignment with company standards, ensuring compliance with policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Analyses store reports to control expenses and performance.
• Ensures proper scheduling and payroll administration.
• Maintains compliance with safety, loss prevention and policies.
