Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Warner Robins, GA to oversee all store operations and lead a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, ensure adherence to company standards, and manage payroll, scheduling, and staff development to create a friendly, efficient shopping environment. You will recruit and coach Assistant Managers and Associates, monitor expenditures, and implement best practices to achieve profit targets while maintaining outstanding customer service and brand

Qualifications

Five or more years of Store management experience.
Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
Addresses variances to Company standards with action plans with District Manager involvement.
Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
Responsible for payroll administration and scheduling compliance.
Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
