Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Maintain brand standards for food, portioning and service.
• Assist with opening, closing and prep lists.
• Coordinate deliveries and labor to meet business activity and labor cost targets.
• Train employees to uphold sales, service, cleanliness and appearance goals.
• Handle cash and reconcile cash procedures.
• Schedule staff to meet anticipated business needs.
• Identify labor and food cost opportunities and take action.
• Support managers with daily operations and problem solving.
• Maintain confidentiality per EEO guidelines.
