Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and company policies; ensure store is staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, identify gaps for coaching or termination as needed.
• Open/close the store on schedule at least twice weekly and manage daily operations.
