Job summary

Domino's Raleigh, NC store seeks a full-time Store General Manager to lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs, ensuring fast, accurate order processing and adherence to Domino's standards. The GM will manage opening/closing duties, inventory, scheduling, and customer service, while maintaining grooming and promoting promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly
• End-of-night deposits and nightly product inventory counts when closing
• Open the store, set up properly, and ensure orders are received on time
• Oversee total store operations and coordinate with managers and staff
• Create and maintain employee schedules based on labor needs
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions to drive sales
• Ensure delivery vehicle readiness and route drivers to maximize on-time orders
• Read and understand P&L ledger to manage costs and profitability
