Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in retail or related field.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Directly manages Captains and coaches team toward high performance and accountability.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and drives company programs.
• Leads training initiatives to elevate athlete experiences and team development.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and payroll aligned to budget.
• Oversees hiring decisions for Captain level and hourly population with effective interviewing.
• Ensures safety, policies, and procedures are followed and store environment is welcoming.
