You will oversee purchasing, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and compliance with policies and safety standards, requiring strong leadership and communication.

This role emphasizes training, performance evaluations, and ensuring the store meets in-stock targets while maintaining a secure, welcoming environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• Knowledge of labor laws and company policies is required.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel staff as needed.
• Oversee pay rate recommendations and staff advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Open/close the store as required and manage daily cash controls.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and stock levels; manage inventory and orders.
• Maintain merchandising standards and customer service leadership.
