Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• You must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking execution.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and timely follow-up on routines.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution and Store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist roles and receiving standards.
• Maintain store security processes and standards.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
• Operate equipment as needed and assist customers.
