Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per policy; ensure staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel as needed.
• Open/close the store on schedule and maintain security.
• Monitor sales, profitability and stock to meet targets.
• Review ordering plans and inventory management weekly.
