Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store employees; ensure proper staffing.

• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.

• Open and close the store consistently, twice weekly each.

• Manage stock levels and ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Stage, stock and store merchandise efficiently.
• Ensure pricing, signage and presentation follow established standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention practices.
• Uphold cashier accountability and cash controls.
• Provide outstanding customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized store.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Complete all paperwork and deadlines as required.
