Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Flint, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, production, sales, banking and records. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations including staffing, production, sales, store maintenance, banking and record keeping.
• Implement customer development and retention plans to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security and OSHA policies and manage budgeted income/expenses.
• Support banking and personnel documentation; communicate with Store Manager.
