Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and makes key store resource decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Engages customers, resolves issues promptly and provides feedback to associates.
• Oversees work assignments to optimize labor and profits while following labor laws.
• Manages receiving, pricing, freshness, quality, and rotation; enforces necessary logs.
• Ensures safety, OSHA compliance, and price/weight accuracy.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide direction.
• Supports company programs and ensures policies are communicated and followed.
