Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or two years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversees store operations.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversees labor scheduling and ensures compliance with labor laws.
• Manages receiving, pricing accuracy, freshness, and logs per policy.
• Ensures safety and compliance with OSHA, weights and measures laws.
• Performs daily store walks to guide staff and identify opportunities.
• Supports and implements company programs and communicates policies to associates.
