Qualifications

• One of: Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Retail Management Certificate (RMCP) or RMCP course in progress.
• Prior work experience in retail operations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations in their absence.
• Supervise associates and ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
• Handle stocking, invoicing reviews, pricing, cashiering, and basic bookkeeping duties.
• Provide timely customer service by addressing complaints, refunds, exchanges, or adjustments.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed and complete equipment safety checks.
