Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one of: an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Retail Management Certificate (RMCP) or RMCP coursework.
• Prior work experience in retail operations or equivalent as determined by company management.
• Basic understanding of computer operations, marketing, finance and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store associates and assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Plan and organize work within the labor matrix to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize P&L, labor and sales data to drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain well-merchandised displays and uphold sanitation standards.
• Lead training and development of associates; ensure customer satisfaction.
