You will drive sales through product knowledge, visual displays, and brand standards, while managing payroll and staffing to meet business needs. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure customer service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
