Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at a busy retail location in Texas. You will manage opening/closing routines, staff scheduling, training, and inventory control while upholding brand standards.

You will leverage product knowledge to drive sales, supervise visuals, and coach team members in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on OMNI Channel processing and asset protection.

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
